Dawn Craig brings over 17 years of administrative experience to her role as an Administrative Assistant at LS Carlson Law. Known for her ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike, Dawn ensures that each interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to personalized, client-centered service. From answering calls with warmth to managing client check-ins and office logistics, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment that makes every visitor feel respected and supported.

Dawn’s professional background spans a wide range of roles, including two years as a Marketing Coordinator in environmental consultancy and customer service training with Disneyland. Her diverse experience has refined her strong communication skills and attention to detail, allowing her to navigate the nuances of client needs with efficiency and professionalism. She approaches her responsibilities with empathy and dedication, serving as a reliable point of contact for clients seeking support in HOA and other legal matters.

A graduate of CSULA’s Public Relations program and holding a culinary degree from the San Diego Culinary Institute, Dawn also brings a unique blend of creativity and versatility to her position. She enjoys handling internal projects, from coordinating client events to managing day-to-day office needs. Outside of work, Dawn is an active participant in her community and previously served as Director of PR for Fandom Charities, where she supported initiatives focused on literacy and anti-bullying.
