Benjamin Hardin, Esq.

Ben Hardin, a Senior Associate at LS Carlson Law, specializes in representing homeowners involved in disputes with Homeowners’ Associations. With a strong core in litigation and representing homeowners, Mr. Hardin dedicates himself to his clients to be a zealous advocate at all times.

Mr. Hardin obtained an accounting degree from Florida Southern College and a law degree from Mercer University. While in law school, Mr. Hardin was a diligent student and actively participated in various student organizations. Mr. Hardin completed an internship with the State Attorney’s Office for the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Florida wherein he tried jury trials under the supervision of another attorney prior to even graduating law school. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Hardin began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney at the same place wherein he honed his litigation skills and had the opportunity to practice in front of judges every day.

Mr. Hardin continued his legal career to civil litigation wherein he acquired extensive experience in litigating Homeowners’ Association dispute, real property disputes, business disputes, construction disputes, and contract disputes. Mr. Hardin successfully litigated both sides of disputes - he represented both plaintiffs and defendants, he represented both contractors and homeowners, and he represented Homeowners’ Associations, developers, and homeowners. Mr. Hardin prides himself in seeing the full picture and knowing how the all sides work so that he may provide effective and diligent representation of his clients. On top of litigation, Mr. Hardin gained a wealth of knowledge regarding negotiating settlement agreements and conducting mediation.
