Dana Castruita, Esq.

Dana Castruita joined LS Carlson Law in January 2024, in pursuit of her long standing goal to champion the rights of individuals and to protect their voices against unfair business practices. Ms. Castruita is determined to be the voice of justice in the face of injustice. She wants to ensure that each client walks away knowing that Ms. Castruita obtained the best results within her reach for each individual’s unique circumstance.

Prior to joining LS Carlson Law, Ms. Castruita dedicated five years in Plaintiff's personal injury law, where she worked tirelessly for her clients and used her deep understanding of how insurance companies and corporations think to help her clients obtain just compensation in and out of the courtroom. Ms. Castruita was also a dedicated advocate for Plaintiffs in their quest for compensation for the damages incurred under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, when consumers’ vehicles continued to experience issues despite reasonable attempts to have them repaired and when big car manufacturers refused to address the problems as they were required to do.

Ms. Castruita was born in Romania, and she lived in various parts of the world, including the Netherlands, until she permanently moved to Los Angeles at the age of eight years old. Such early life experiences account for her penchant for worldly travels. Exposure to an array of cultures and cultivated arts manifests Ms. Castruita’s fondness for classic and foreign films.

Attorney Castruita’s global upbringing inspired her to pursue an undergraduate degree from California State University, Long Beach, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Business in 2008. Ms. Castruita received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California in 2016. During her time in law school, Ms. Castruita served as the Law Review Notes Editor and graduated with honors cum laude.
